Aug 2017 - Awesome job!! The owner (Mike) and his crew are professionals, with high-quality work and no complaints at the end. My wife is a happy camper :) They re-sanded an 800 sq.ft. existing floor, installed new floors in three rooms, sanded almost impossible staircases and at the end perfect floor stain exactly the way we wanted it throughout the house. What I love to see in contractors is if they can finish the work on time without interruptions and Mike was right on the dot each and every day and they finish the work exactly the date he gave day 1..amazing!! Highly recommended if you want quality work. His pricing was actually the best out of all the other contractors gave me a quote for the same job. I am willing to provide the reference if someone needs it. Keep up the good work guys! Honest hard work always pays off at the end.

Mike at UNG did a great job at our new home! I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for new flooring at a very GREAT price! They finished the job exactly on time like they said they would. Friends and family are already asking me for his number so that he can come by them!

UNG exceeded my expectations in all areas. Highly skilled flooring experts who add superior customer service. I felt very comfortable through out the process as everything I was told would happen, did. We have a couple of dogs and needed to stay in the house during the work. UNG went out of there way to accomdate us. They helped us move furniture out, even agreeing to come back weeks after the work was done to help us move furniture back in. This went beyond my expectations. May be most importantly, the floors look great!! I plan on using them again and would definitely recommend them to others.

Mike and his team did an amazing job. I needed a few boards replaced due to water damaged. He replaced the wood and refinished the whole floor and it looks amazing. Mike provided a variety of different colors to choose from and was very open with his recommendations and expertise. He's very skillful and extremely efficient in his work. I was very pleased with the resurfacing and re-staining of our hardwood floors by UNG. I felt very comfortable with them in my home for 3 days while we were gone. Mike (the owner) came back when we returned with one of his workers to help us put our furniture back in place. We cannot ask for better service! I would highly recommend UNG to friends & family.

The finishing applied is beautiful. They completed the job within the timeline provided and were very neat throughout the entire process. I interviewed 3 companies for my hardwood flooring job. Mike's quote was competitive, he was there when he said he would be and they even finished early. My house was spotless when they left and the floors... Amazing!!! I have wanted them for a long time and it was worth the wait and the money. Mike is great and so is his crew! Our hardwood floors turned out flawless. Very professional and courteous service. Each aspect of the process was explained to us and was completed within the scheduled time frame. We received a daily update on the progress. They wrapped all our furniture, entertainment centers and fixtures with plastic. All the junk was hauled away once they completed the job. Very happy. A+

First of all, Mike and his crew do excellent work. Our floors and staircase are beautiful. But, beyond that, Mike is a fair, hardworking man who honors his price. There is no nickle and diming later. They are courteous and considerate and easy to have around. I will highly recommend Mike to my friends and clients always. He is a passionate professional and won't rest until the job is absolutely perfect and that's what his work was with us: perfect. We were very happy with Mike and the oak floors he installed for us. He also refinished existing floors in another part of the house for us. He is courteous, on time, good with communicating with us on why he's doing something a certain way and all around very professional. He gave us a very fair estimate when we compared him to other companies and he was on task to get it done in a timely manner the entire time.
